Woe
Yesterday was a sad, sad day for all right-thinking people. The competition went right up to the wire and was a wonderful advertisement for the proper form of the game as 10 days ago about 6 teams had a chance of winning the greatest prize in sport. Sadly, the mightiest and most super of those also-rans will now be playing second division fixtures next summer after being relegated with Surrey.
Congratulations to Durham. Now what on earth am I going to do until next April?

I don't understand what happened. It seems only a couple of weeks ago they were in a position to win the championship.
Perhaps BMCC had better do a winter tour to keep you entertained.
Murph, I haven't a clue what you're on about but most probably, yes. And I'm sure of that.
Dave, Joe Denley lost it in the last couple of games which didn't help but the game at Durham in August, what they would call in the soft girly game, "a six pointer", rather went against Kent when 35 or so wickets went down in two days. Rob Key getting fined a few quid for letting the ECB know what he thought about it probably didn't help either.
Sorry everyone.
